The terms ‘Focusse’ or ‘our’ ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of this website. The term ‘you’ ‘your’ or ‘users’ refers to the users or viewer of our website.

All services provided by this website may only be used in accordance with the terms and conditions provided below. By using our services you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.

Focusse reserves the right to make modifications and changes to these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. Up to date terms and conditions will always be available at focusse.co.uk

The placing of an order with Focusse creates a contract on the basis of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply equally to all orders given, irrespective of method. It is the responsibility of the user of our services to be aware of our terms and conditions.
Nothing in this agreement will affect any consumer’s statutory rights.

Placing an order

The placing of an order online, via email, or by phone constitutes acceptance of prices shown on our website and you will be held liable for the full order value.

Since all of our prints are made to order, in the event that you wish to cancel or amend an order please contact us within 24 hours. If you fail to do so and work has commenced on your order we will not offer any monetary compensation and you will be held liable for payment in full.

Whilst we make every effort to identify obvious errors on order forms all information contained within your order form must be accurate and exact and we will not accept liability for missed or inaccurate information resulting in a final print product which does not meet your satisfaction. In this instance provided Focusse has executed your order, as per your order form instructions, you will be held liable for payment in full.

All sizes quotes are nominal and Focusse shall accept no liability for minor variations in size. All orders are finished by hand and because of this we allow a tolerance of 2mm in each direction.

Copyright

All the images shown on the website are the intellectual property of Focusse who has the original photo print on premise. All the resultant digital artwork is produced from these original prints. Some detail of the original print may be enhanced or modified to enable better production of the final artwork.

Colour matching / Proofing

The printing Studio cannot guarantee exact colour matching. Due to the imprecise nature of colour management some colours may not accurately reproduce. Additionally, discrepancies may arise when the finshed product is viewed outside of a controlled environment.

In this instance we cannot be held responsible for differences in tone, contrast, or any other aspect of an image supplied which differs from its appearance on a viewing screen. The colour management process is designed to minimize and not eliminate tolerances in the reproduction of colour prints.

Specified Lead Times

We will make every effort to ensure orders are completed within the stated lead times but cannot accept liability of consequential losses arising should these not be met. Lead times which are quoted are target times only and start only from the point at which we receive all order details required to complete your order.

Prices and Payment

All rates, prices and discounts quoted or published at focusse.co.uk are not subject to variation prior to acceptance of your order.

All of our orders are “Made to Order” and therefore all goods are sold on a non-cancellation basis once an order is placed.

Delivery

Delivery of completed orders will be made on behalf of Focusse by our carefully selected mail/courier companies or any other delivery services at the discretion of Focusse.

Charges for postage, packing and delivery are included in the quoted price. You shall be responsible for all customs and other duties and all related costs and expenses payable on any international transaction.

Where specified you will be required to sign for delivered work, or we will not be held responsible for any losses arising from the delivery.

Where Focusse has agreed to deliver goods to you, goods shall be delivered to the delivery address specified. If any of our representatives are unable to gain access to the delivery address or delivery is delayed due to any act or omission of the client, you will be held liable for any additional delivery costs incurred as a result of re-arranging delivery.

Immediately upon receipt or collection of any goods, you should inspect and satisfy yourself with its condition. If you fail to inform us within 48 hours after receipt or collection, of any defect or problem you shall be deemed to have confirmed that the goods are in a satisfactory condition.

The maximum liability of Focusse shall not exceed the total sum payable in connection with the relevant order. We shall not be liable for any loss of income or profits, loss of contracts or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising.

Returns Policy and Damage

In the event that your print is damaged in any way upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to, discrepancies in or shortages of delivered materials unless notified within 48 hours of receipt.

Any claims for damages must be supported by photographic evidence and we reserve the right and may request the return of the damaged article. Claims of this nature will be limited to the cost of the order as charged by Focusse. No actions will be taken by Focusse without photographic proof or the receipt of the damaged item.

Any items returned to Focusse will be destroyed after investigation.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will reimburse the price you have paid for the goods. Alternatively we may offer to reprint and resend the item free of charge.

Please note it is not our policy to offer both a refund and a reprint.
